Mindfulness as a powerful anger management tool

I have an email sent for me, it is very nice , it said that be mindful of your anger when it arises rather than harming yourself. There are many other things that can help deal with anger. You can adopt a few ways to resolve your anger issues. Here are some tips for making anger management easy, read on to find out which option will suit you better.

  • Meditate regularly to keep your mind calm. Do regular practice of meditation of at least 30 minutes.,
  • Close your eyes and take a deep breath for few minutes whenever you feel frustrated
  • Close fists of both the hands and then breathe out and just let go and relax.
  • Every time anger surfaces, simply watch its sensations without judgment no matter how intense. Do not ever act it out. In silence, simply let it be.Let it come and let it go.
  • Remember anger is nothing but pent up energy inside.If you resist it, it will persist.
  • Learn to forgive others. Unforgiveness is a major cause of anger and other afflictive emotions. Try to correct mistakes and clear misunderstandings
  • Place yourself in someone else's shoes. How would you feel if some body shouts or gets angry at you
  • Talk to close friends or someone you trust and get their views for solving the problem
    Wash your face with cold water when you are unable to control your temper
  • Tell yourself that "I choose not get angry at any one"every day
  • Avoid thinking that you are always correct. It is not about who is right but doing what is right
  • Try to review the entire situation to find out a cause for getting angry. Eliminate that cause so that you do not get angry next time
  • Learn to respect feelings of others and not to pass judgment.
  • Adopt some stress management techniques like yoga exercises, etc.
  • Consult a professional if your situation seems tough to handle. It will make a big difference

Stair lifts

When I see this Stairlifts while browsing the net , I feel it is very great. It is really help the people who are up at 60 years. For these people they can do going anywhere with easily without anyone help them.
When I was travelling out of my country , I saw a grandmother. She is quite health too but not in a young age anymore. She was walking at a famous shopping centre and wants to go upstairs. I saw she used a stair lifts which is available at there. I am so excited to see her. Because I think if she gets difficulty, I will go to help her.
However, I saw she do not need anyone help, she is used to this stair lifts I thought. Then when I was at home , I told my mother. My mom said it is very nice to have this facility cause at these ages , their knee sometimes can feel hurt when walking too long time. It will be more hurt if they are going up to stairs. So how nice if all old people can use stair lifts and I see that this site have many stair lifts. Fish Ball Soup

Today I feel wants to eat fish ball soup..yeah..a long time I didn't cook it. How can I forget this soup ? he.he..he..May be I am too busy to learning internet marketing and forget to cook my favorite soup. Okay..I will go to market tomorrow and buy a few fish ball. I can not make fish ball, so I buy it at ready one. And I cook it at home.
