My husband like to eat beef steaks , we always eat it at restaurant. Sometimes I cooked it too , but the taste and meat is different from the restaurant. I think I am not good to choose the beef meat. Tonight I see a tips how to choose a good beef meat :
"Look for beef that is firm and slightly moist with a fresh red color. It should be well marbled with fat, but don't judge the quality of the beef by the color of the fat itself. When choosing ground beef you may find some are a brownish color, or turning a brownish color. Pass on this meat and make certain it is a red color throughout".

I think next time when I am going to market , I will try to choose like the above tips. I hope it will be great for me.
